Site Management
Our system allows you to set up an unlimited number of sites. So if you're hosting one podcast, that's great; if you have a video cast that gets uploaded in a variety of resolutions, we can handle that as well.
FTP Server Management
You can have up to 1,000,000 FTP servers that each file will be mirrored to. OK, the number isn't really that high, but it is around 36. If you have more than that, we'll help you out, but we're guessing your budget is ready for the "next step."
Multi-User Permission Management
You can assign different users different permissions for your systems. One person can manage the site and servers, while another can only upload files. You can even add in mobile device addresses for success / failure notifications.
Easily Upload Files
Uploading files is easy. You just pick the site, pick the file, and go. In this screen shot, we also include a "publish date" that gives the system information it needs to automatically rename the files as they should be posted to the server to match a pre-built RSS feed.
Monitor Distribution Status
Our system keeps track of each file and each server. So if you add a new server down the road, all files will automatically be replicated to that server as well. You can also see the upload speed and status of each file / server combination.
Email Notification
Email notifications are sent via a simple HTML email. These can be distributed to email addresses, cell phones, or even other data-driven systems you may want to include.
