C2IT Consulting offers several levels of support. For many small businesses, we have become the on-call IT Help-Desk to deal with problems of any size, ranging from a blown power supply to a complete network overhaul. We can also provide you technical support for the software you are already using and even train your employees to use what they have to their highest potential.

We also offer month-to-month support for any software product we have developed. Many of our support plans are offered on an hourly and as-needed basis, while other pieces of software will have their support included in a monthly service fee based on usage.
