Monthly Service Fees

Beginning in January 2009, C2IT will begin assessing a monthly service fee for basic services provided to our local clients. This fee will allow us to more efficiently serve you as we will no longer need to track time spent on individual phone calls, short and routine maintenance items, or small research projects. This fee will also cover any remote-access fees we have begun to charge to allow us to better serve you quickly and remotely.

Listed below are several items that will be covered by this fee:

User Support

Phone calls
Instant messaging conversations
Basic troubleshooting and research
Purchase planning

Server / Network Support

Scheduled updates of Windows servers and clients with updates provided from Microsoft and possibly other vendors you use.
Basic network and connectivity checkups as requested.

Other

Remote access fees
Any fuel surcharges charges associated with service calls
Other items as agreed upon by C2IT and the client

The cost of this fee will be determined by the number of systems we maintain for you:

1 - 5 Computers: $100 / month
6 – 10 Computers: $150 / month
11 – 20 Computers: $200 / month
21 – 50 Computers: $400 / month
51 – 100 Computers: $600 / month

Your business will be invoiced at the beginning of every month for the Monthly Service Fee for the upcoming month. Should there be any dispute over items covered or not covered by this fee, we will gladly discus them with you. Thank you for continuing to allow us to serve you.
